My journey into haute cuisine began in 2003 at Moscow’s legendary Nostalgie restaurant, named the best in Russia that year. Over a 20-year career, I have led the kitchens of iconic projects in Moscow and Sochi (Morskiye GadyPromenadModus) and worked with Catering Concord, a company specializing in high-level state service.

My portfolio includes culinary management for major global events, such as Formula 1, the FIFA World Cup, New Wave, and international summits. My experience in Israel, hosting state delegations, honed my ability to deliver world-class service anywhere in the world. Today, I bring this wealth of knowledge to create an exceptional dining experience for guests onboard, blending the discipline of Kremlin-level service with creative culinary artistry.
